Empyrean Manor Construction Progress Update

Empyrean Manor at Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur continues to progress steadily, with multiple key areas now entering the interior finishing and installation phase. The overall structural works have been largely completed, while various internal facilities and feature elements are actively being installed and refined.

Ground Floor Lobby

The grand lobby area is gradually taking shape, with the feng shui water feature and floor tiling already completed. Air-conditioning piping and electrical works are currently in progress. Interior finishing works will commence once the glass doors and windows installation is fully completed.

M Floor – Free Thinker Section

The dedicated Free Thinker section is progressing according to schedule. Air-conditioning, water and electrical systems are currently under installation, while the temporary columbarium structure has been installed.

1st Floor – Buddhist Niche Section

The 1st floor Buddhist section has completed its feng shui water feature and floor tiling works. Washroom facilities are currently being installed, alongside air-conditioning and electrical infrastructure works. Interior renovation and finishing works will proceed after the completion of glass installation.

2nd Floor – Buddhist Niche Section

The feng shui feature structure on the 2nd floor has been formed successfully, while planter box installations and landscaping preparation works are currently ongoing.

Exterior & Other Floors

Glass window and door installation works are actively progressing across multiple floors. At the same time, portions of the external scaffolding are being dismantled progressively as façade glass and aluminium panel installations continue.
